Studio Six is a small glass art studio situated in the North West Highlands of Scotland in the village of Strontian which lies on the shores of Loch Sunart. Artist in residence and owner Jean Campbell designs and manufactures beautiful and unique pieces of glass art by fusing hand cut glass in her flatbed electric kiln, combining this glass to create  traditional stained glass panels, custom jewellery or bespoke stand alone pieces.

Jean says ‘Coming from a family of artists, I channel my artistic talents into designing and producing original Glass products. I am largely self-taught and have spent many years building upon my knowledge and perfecting my craft. My West Highland home gives me endless inspiration – be it from the land, the hills and glens with its flora and fauna or from the waters of sea, lochs, burns & rivers.

Currently the studio is NOT OPEN to the public but you can view my glass work at the following outlets

  • Artisan gift and craft shop, Acharacle
  • The Lighthouse craft shop, Port Appin
  • Oakwood Tourism and crafts, Strontian

and I do have some limited stock online which can be found at Oakwood online . Further, if  you wish to discuss a commission or take part in a glass class, Jean is very willing to discuss your ideas with you.  Please use the contact page to get in touch with Jean.
